Delivery times vary depending on the shop, order size, and driver availability, but the focus is always on reliable, sensible delivery rather than rushed drop-offs.

You can track your driver live from pickup to drop off with out live viewer link. This personal link is e-mailed to you after your order is taken.

Q: Is there a minimum order value

A: We do ask that stores do not set a minimum order value and treat each customer as if they were in their bricks and mortar store with them.

If the walk in store has no minimum order value then their pages on our site will reflect this.

Q: How do I know that the prices are fair

We dont control the prices shown on our website, this is controlled by the retailler themselves. We do however not allow the pricing to be more than the in store price. Our close working relationships with the local businesses allow us to personally visit stores regularly.
